They have a minimum of 2 bathrooms and a toilet (also with 3 bathrooms, or 3 bathrooms and a toilet, subject to availability), and are equipped with terraces, garden, private swimming pool with sun loungers, full kitchen and laundry room (subject to availability). An open concept living room area with a sofa and dining table is also included. Private parking and free WiFi is available throughout the house. They are situaded 3 km from the beach, less than 10min by car.These holiday homes are located within the world famous Bahia Principe Resort, with full access to all its amenities and its 27-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. They are a few minutes from the Club House. Enjoy the sports courts, beach clubs and pools with no extra cost, as well as preferred rates in restaurants, bars, golf course and more.Food and drinks at the resort are available through the All Inclusive day pass, which you can buy directly at the resort, with a preferred rate. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please note that a 50% prepayment of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged 3 days prior to arrival.Please take into account that the free use of bicycles is limited to one hour per guest per day.
